I'm so glad you're here. The fact that you're reading this means you're already on your way to becoming the healthiest, happiest version of you. Whether you're just beginning your journey or have been on the path toward wellness for a while now, The School of Wellbeing is here to help you on your way to living an healthy, vibrant life. 

Right now, you might be living a life that's completely different than the one you envision for yourself.

You might be surrounded by toxic people who are draining you of your energy and emotions.

You may have unhealthy nutrition and exercise habits that are causing you to feel sluggish or in pain every day.

You might be overwhelmed or confused about where your life is headed at all.

My programs are designed to help you:

establish a lifestyle that's infused with wellness

Whole life wellness isn't just about eating nutritious meals, working out regularly, or getting a full night's sleep. It's about all of that and more! I've found that in today's stressful society, most of us could use some help incorporating healthier habits in several (or all) areas of life, not just one. After all, everything is connected. For example, no matter how amazing your diet is, you're not going to feel happy, energized, and fulfilled if you're surrounded by toxic relationships or stuck in a draining job that feels purposeless. My programs are designed to identify which areas of your life need the most attention and to create a whole lifestyle of interconnected wellbeing.

Get clarity

Most of us just have points in our lives when we just feel plain STUCK. Stuck in a job or a relationship. Stuck in harmful habits or stuck just "going through the motions." My programs help you get the clarity you need, set and take action on practical goals, and make sure you have the tools you need to "unstick" yourself.

Prevent or Recover from burnout

Burnout has become an epidemic in our modern world. It can come in all kinds of different forms: career burnout, biological burnout, relational burnout. No matter who you are or what you do, we all need balance. That looks different for each individual. My programs help you figure out what balance means for you and then teach you how to practically put that into action.

Believe in yourself again

My programs are steeped with self love and personal empowerment. Most of us have experienced personal trauma or traumas which have led us to believe disempowering stories about ourselves or the world. These negative stories subconsciously determine the way we react to things, the emotions we experience, and the way we relate to others. Together, you and I will question those stories and turn them into ones of empowerment so that you can finally find your power and feel confident about yourself again. 

Create a life you actually love

You have within you the power to move from the life you're currently living to the life you actually want to live. You just might need some help getting the confidence and direction to make you feel healthy and fulfilled. When you work with me, you get a completely individualized coaching plan that is based on you and your goals.

...and still have the energy to make a difference in the world

After all, I know you want to make a positive difference in the world. It can seem selfish for many of us to put ourselves first and prioritize our own wellness when there is so much hurt and need in the world. But the truth is, we can only serve others when we are whole and healthy ourselves. When we prioritize our own wellbeing, we can then give back to others in a sustainable and joyful way.

Hi! I’m Abigail Davidson. And I want to help you become the most happy, productive, thriving version of YOU. I’m a Certified Wellness Coach, hold a degree in Psychology, and have experience in social work, marketing, and entrepreneurship. 

But none of that stuff is what qualifies and drives me to be a wellness coach. It’s my own personal story:
